Murder in the Dark is a series of search and seek games that move the player through the murder mystery of business tycoon Mr. William Gavitt. This game is intended to be reminiscent of the classic game “Clue” as the user has to determine who, where, and with what weapon the murder was committed. One of the goals of this project is to embody some of the functionality that the p5js play library has to offer as well as create a fun simple interactive user experience. The color scheme is purposefully dark to highlight the mysterious qualities of the game, but the implementation of dialogue and quirky characters is meant to keep the experience light and exciting.
